Like many of you, I used to spend hours jumping between websites just to get a simple answer.
Whether it was comparing T-Bill rates, figuring out which government schemes I qualify for, understanding what care options are available for an ageing parent, or making sense of information that seemed designed to confuse ordinary people — the answer was always out there somewhere. Just never in one place, and never in plain English.
So I built BuddyTools.
Not because I'm an expert — but because I'm not one. I built the tools I wished existed when I needed them most. Simple, free, and designed for everyday Singaporeans who just want a straight answer without the runaround.
BuddyTools started with financial tools, but the mission is bigger than that. If something is unnecessarily complicated, scattered across a dozen websites, or buried in jargon — there should be a free tool that makes it clearer.
